    Cabinet Box
    Cabinet sides, top, and floor are constructed with 3/4" thick, 100% closed cell PV (available in white or black) using adhesive with weld-like bonding and screws.

    Cabinet Top
    Wall and tall cabinets have a full PVC top, Base, grill base, and burner base cabinets have 3/4" x 4 1/4" PVC crosspieces fastened in place between the cabinet sides.

    Cabinet Back
    All cabinets have a 3/4" thick PVC back

    Shelves are 3/4" thick PVC. There is continuous shelf hole drilling in 32mm increments. Shelves in base cabinets are 16" deep. Shelves in wall and tall cabinets are full depth. The shelves are held in place with a metal pin and a removable white "V" shaped shipping retainer.

    Drawer Boxes
    Standard drawer boxes are constructed with 1/2" PVC sides and back with a 3/4" PVC floor. Full extension stainless steel side mount slides are used.

    Door Hinges
    Hinges are soft-close stainless steel 110° concealed hinges with 6 way adjustment.

    Finished Ends
    Finished ends can be purchased loose or factory applied. Finished end panels are 3/4" thick, which adds to the width of a cabinet.

    Edge Tape
    A closely matching PVC edge tape is applied to the front edges of the cabinet sides, top, and bottom edges.

    Toe Kick
    All base and tall cabinets are constructed on adjustable leg levelers secured behind a 2 1/4" H PVC skirting
Cabinet Standards
NatureKast manufactures our cabinet boxes using 3/4" PVC. This PVC MUST be 100% covered by our resin doors and panels (when placed in direct sunlight) to protect the PVC parts from warping from the high temperatures of direct sunlight, as well as color bleaching on the black PVC in direct sunlight. Failure to cover our PVC componentswill not ve covered by our warranty. THe tops of PVC cainet boxes must be covered from direct sunlight before counter tops are installed.
